- We specialize in handcrafting artisan flatbread pizzas. We started our first bakery in Canmore, Alberta and our second in Kitsilano, Vancouver, B.C. There are three key areas of our business: Restaurant - Our doors are open for lunch and dinner where you can watch the show as our team prepare and bake delicious flatbread pizzas in our wood fired oven. We also serve mouth watering all natural pastas, salads and desserts to “live for”. Wholesale - During the day we handcraft and partially bake our delicious flatbread pizzas which we sell to over 80 retail stores across Western Canada. Rocky Mountain Education Society - Working with local schools and organizations to celebrate community and promote responsible entrepreneurship.
